I can reproduce this issue - only no picture after channel change, not Eurekalog, on DVB-S2 card now, using the copy of the DD folder for DVB-T.

I can reproduce this one also with DVB-T card, it happened several times, but not always on exit.

Another Eurekalog crash when I tried to change the audio channel.

After another broken channel switch, I have an Eurekalog crash also with Reset Device, all files and logs below.

Just addition for broken channel switching, I mean there is a signal, but no picture, Reset device doesn't help, more channel switching doesn't work at all, Reset Direct Show leads to Eurekalog crash.

Sorry, I can't help you, try the clean install, re-install the codecs, uninstall all you don't need, then just Windows reinstall.

Please try the Twinhan mode, it works good here on Win Vista. Perhaps the re-configuration will be needed, but it works good.
