Re: DishproPlus switch, bandstacked LNBs -- no signal
I'm afraid, you can not (reliably) combine bandstack LNBs with tone switches. 22kHz tone is used to switch between two different LOFs. Bandstack LNBs already have two LOFs (for different polarizations). There is no way to add a third LOF using just one binary signal (22kHz in this case). How do you ...

Re: Trojan Problem with DVbDream
And who the hell are you to tell me if i should ask this forum or not, I'm the one with a brain. yes i paid for the program and i expect it to work And what did they say about that false-positive detection behavior? (I assume you are talking about antivirus program you paid for) its there file that...

Re: Trojan Problem with DVbDream
.. but what i dont understand is why it worked this morning, but when i try to use it later, suddenly it has a virus seriously?! are you really going to ask this question? just look at you antivirus log and see when it updated its database last time. I bet that it did this in between "it worked thi...

Re: Trojan Problem with DVbDream
first off all, no need for double posting. Upload your suspected file to virustotal.com and see what's the report. It's most probably your anti-virus just gave a false-positive detection (cause recmng.dll is probably a protected/compressed file, and your anti-virus has no idea what's inside, thus it...

Re: no Signal No signal one person help me... no signal
since I don't see "thank you, it's working now" post, I guess, you have no idea what LNBs you have (or even what LOF stands for).

Re: i dont have signal with dvbdream 1.7a
nothing's wrong with DVB Dream. It's just a user error (excerpt from bda.log): [12/11/11 09:39:07 : 15849] SetTuner() 10719000, H, 27500000 Mod:0 LOF:11250000 22Khz:0 [12/11/11 09:39:41 : 50107] Status: No lock [12/11/11 09:39:41 : 50107] [12/11/11 09:39:41 : 50154] [12/11/11 09:39:41 : 50154] SetTu...

Re: no Signal No signal one person help me... no signal
first off all, stop flooding. second, you chose a wrong section of the forum. What you are describing is a "User error", not "Bug Reports". third, here is excerpt from your dvbdream.log file: [2/18/2012 11:33:20 AM : 21574] SBTune:0 [2/18/2012 11:33:20 AM : 21574] LOF1/LOFSW/LOF2: 11250000 /18000000...

Re: DD 1.7a, Diseqc issue
in the log, I see several transponders which say that there is a lock but at the same time they have [3540] genpix 8PSK: WaitForXfer() timed out buffer = 0 *********** lines after that. As if data are simply not coming (and lock is lost). What signal quality do you have on those transponders? how bi...

Re: DD 1.7a, Diseqc issue
thanks Rel,soon there will be full support for that, I am currently improving DD's BDA interface.
This weekend, I'll try to run your latest DD version with my BDA driver (debug version) to see what exact disecq messages does the driver receive.

NO SIGNAL on all channels other small issue comes now:) I have signal 100% an quality 98% where before i had 37% - 40% you mentioned that you have one dish with two LNBs for 82/91. Are you sure you have two separate Single/...

Re: DD 1.7a, Diseqc issue
Genpix BDA driver supports both diseqc interfaces: 1) diseqc commands introduced in PBDA satndard (work on Windows 7 and newer versions) 2) old "set range hack": because original BDA standard did not support diseqc commands at all, someone decided to use rarely used (or ever used) "set range" functi...

Re: No Signal After Wake
rel, I believe, OS broadcasts the global announcement about system shut-down/sleep/wake-up ( WM_POWERBROADCAST() ). If DVB Dream can catch this announcement, everything should be working normally. DVB Dream has to de-initialize the DVB device before system goes into sleep, and then re-initialize (la...

Re: Trial install, Help Setting Genpix/SG-2100/Diseqc Switch
btw, for L output of that LNB I would use "Legacy LNB" settings as well (just change lof to 10750MHz). On a side note, I'd not use chieta diseqc switch in this config. two reasons: 1) Chieta switches are horrible (they have much bigger signal attenuation then they write on the label) 2) motor itself...

Re: New Trial install: Help Setting up SG-2100/Diseqc Switch
Sorry, thought the subject was enough. Hardware: SW-1 / SG-2100 DISEQC Positioner / chita 4X DISEQC Switch on port 1 / Invacom L/C LNB on cicular port. Settings: DISEQC 4X switch / port 1 / ka cicular lnb / 110w. Sorry, but from this explanation I'm not exactly sure why do you use Diseqc switch. If...

also, version of the driver may be important (for those who read this topic and want to make it work with their own hardware as well). Added : And Dreamer is right, Diseqc capabilities need more details. To be short, "Raw Diseqc" line can be added (I guess, if Raw Diseqc supported, motor will be sup...
