A Problem When switching between nilesat and hotbird !!!

Hello Everybody Can you help me in my problem


i have on my system this item ( Skystar 2 - Dvbdream 1.4i - Windows 7)


and my problem is if i start my program on any nle sat channel its working nice if i switch on hotbird channel cant get any signal or get signal without a pic
i have to restart my computer ant start dvb on a hotbird channel or i have to unplug the signal cable from my card for 1 min and plug it back then i get a signal on hotbird channel

if i started my dvb on hotbird channel its work great if i go back to nilesat its work good but i cant go back to hotbird

i dont know if this because of the diseqc or the card itself i try to install a new windows and fresh installing of the card driver and dvb and its the same
