firmware of your genpix device has to be upgraded

I installed genpix_3.4.0.110_WinXP.zip
what els do I need to do for it to allow me to use my card with dvbdream
I'm using a 8psk to usb2 rev2 with windows xp
and I don't have the original CD it never worked
if I need to install something else can you please tell me how and were thank

there have been 2 different genpix dvb dream interfaces I think. which you could download from genpix site. Have you tried them both with DVB Dream ? one of them is different than the one included in DD. I am not sure as Genpix will probably reply your question, you will learn but you can simply download and put the genpix.dev file into DVB Dream \devices folder. then restart DD.
Tried trial version of the latest DD (v1.7a) ?

I installed DD_genpix_unified_1_1_8 with the latest DD (v1.7a)
now I need to get past one more thing
this application has failed to start because tsreader_sourcehelper.dll was not found. re-installing the application may fix this problem.
