which DiSEqC versions (1.0, 1.1 1.2) does DVBDream support on
TT S2-1600 PCI
Technisat SkyStar2 eXpress HD PCI-E
Cards?

Those cards are not officially supported by DD but should work since they have BDA drivers.

DD supports latest MS BDA interfaces for non -bidirectional, switch & motor supported diseqc on all BDA devices. (If card driver supports MS standard. Windows 7 might be needed for latest MS BDA functionality)
