Newbie here getting no signal, please help!

I have installed my DVB S2 card and DVB Dream for the first time and I am getting no signal.

I have selected the correct satellite (28.2e) and the sat cable is working as I've tested it on my Sky HD box (I am in UK), but when I go to scan channels every frequency comes up as red with 0%

I have tried Ku linear & Ku circular, but only with the standard LOF settings. Should the LOF settings be changed?

Please can someone help as I've been searching the net for hours no with no luck.

It is working now!

The thread of the lnb in on the pci card was touching the metal of the pci slot part of the card. Then mediaportal found channels but dvb dream still wouldn't, so I reinstalled DVB Dream and now it works!
