Locked at DVB Dream DVB-T manual channel scan

Dear Experts,

I am from Myanmar. I am now testing Netup Universal Dual DVB-CI card with SMIT module as attached pic. But I don't find any channel. Scan ever showed me locked as attached pic. Anybody knows how to resolve that problem ,please help me.
