How can record once every 1 hour
Use DVB Dream through command line. (Check DVB Dream help file, command line section.)
Then you can send command line commands to start /stop recording from any external utility tool, or windows scheduler. (this is up to you to find out)
DVB Dream - because I have to dream about having time to code it
