Sound issue on some channels

hi All
am facing a strange problem !!
some channels has no sound
i tried both NileSat and HotBird and the issue
appear on Both
for most channels the Sound work properly
but for some there is no sound at all
the channels with the problem are Free channels no encryption needed
i have a SkySat2
my PC
2400 80G HD 512M Ram mother board is Intel with integrated sound card
and one of the Examples is
LBC EU Freq 12303000 SymRate 27500000 pol H NileSat


i tried some other application and the sound worked on those channels
so could it be a problem here ???
