Is PBS HD still receivable?

I used to be able to receive one HD PBS channel on AMC 3---but no more.
Can anyone else receive the HD feed?

or 12140 - V - SR 30000
Twinahn 1020A, WinXP Pro, Dual Athlon 1800, 3 meter C/Ku dish and toroidal Ku dish.
