I just got the Genpix Skywalker-1 in. I have it installed with the driver that came on the CD. I first tried TSReader and it locks onto the TP I want with a 90% signal. From there I can't do anything else with that program since it's just the lite version. Unless someone can give me instructions.
So I am using DVBDream 1.3c and I have it setup with a DiSEqC switch and it appears to be locking the signal. I go to scan for channels it says locking onto signal, then getting information, then it comes back with no channels found. Regardless of what transponder I tell it to scan. Though a few came back with no signal.
I have an 80cm Fortec Dish with HH90 Motor and using a Chieta Heavy Duty 4x1 DiSEqC switch. The dish is currently pointed to 61.5w.
Could someone push me in the right direction, maybe I don't have it configured correctly.

Nevermind. It was my computer. I have all Hi-Speed 2.0 USB ports. However there is something wrong with them because I plug Skywalker-1 into them and the computer tells me I should plug it into a Hi-Speed Port. So I will have to figure out what is wrong with this darn computer.
I tried it on my laptop and it works great. Very easy to setup. Just install DVBDream 1.3c, paste in the Source and the Transponders files from the CD you received with the Skywalker-1. Run DVBDream 1.3c and fill out any information it asks for. Oh you need to have codecs installed, I downloaded something called Storm Codec. It has pretty much everything, it was version 7 something.

Have a look in BIOS, you should find an entry about USB 2.0.
Edit : have a look on page 4-24 of the manual provided with your mainboard.

Thank you for the BIOS information. I went in and Hi-Speed 2.0 was disabled! I have no clue how that happened. Anyways I enabled it and now my mouse doesn't work, lol. If it's not one thing it's another. I left it as is because I was running late to work. I'll deal with it when I get home in a few hours.
