DVB - Dream: problem with ddreg.bat

I can not start DVB Dream. every time when i start it i get this message:
can not create source filter. you must run ddreg,bat to register DD source filter.
Plase help me.

Run ddreg.bat file in DVB Dream installation folder.

Run ddreg.bat file in DVB Dream installation folder.
I found in DVB Dream instalation. but i have same problem he would not start. This is happend just with windows VISTA. With other OS work fine.

You have to disable UAC in Vista in order to run ddreg.bat or you can run it with full administrator rights (use the "run as" feature)

Can't use dvbdream in VISTA too.

@ dimeski, did you solve the problem ?

I've tried to follow FredB direction, but still no luck.
