DVB Dream crash on start

Hi
I have installed DVB-dream V1.3c
I turned off UAC and run DDreg.bat
But when I start DVB-dream it crashes after I "OK" language and BDA-support
Vista logfile says:
"Felet uppstod i programmet dvbdream.exe, version 1.3.3.0, tidsstämpel 0x2a425e19, felet uppstod i modulen ntdll.dll, version 6.0.6000.16386"

It's a swedish Vista home premium 64 bit.

What should I try next ??
Kworld DVB-T 100
Vista Home Premium
AMD 64 X2 +4200
