HD audio problem

Postby panteo88 » Sat Sep 15, 2007 7:24 pm

I cant hear the audio on HD with DD 1.3C but when I record and playback everything is OK. I max out the audio level and still can hear anything. If I go to a std channel it would be too loud.

I am connected to VuHD on 82deg using MatchBoxPro USB. I can view it on DD with Elecard or FFDshow. Audio codec AC3filter or ffdshow or elecard. H264 either NERO or ffdshow mpeg4.

What am I doing wrong? Am I missing something?

use Intervideo as audio codec. (I recommend it also for Video.) FFDShow might be problematic or might need configuration for the audio stream on that HD channel.

You can install Intervideo WinDVD demo version for the codecs
DVB Dream - because I have to dream about having time to code it

The NVIDIA codecs seem to give the lowest CPU usage with HD.
