DVB Dream v1.4b not work in windows vista x64

DVB Dream v1.4b not work in windows vista x64 and not work good with twinhan azure wave 1034 and some problem with diseq 4*1

1.4b Works fine for me in Vista64. Still no DVBEPG though.
