Audio but no Video with BEV HD

I am having no problems with SD, Nvidia and Cyberlink are both working OK. Once I switch to HD, I get audio but no video. I have tried all different renderers, different decoders with no luck.

Has anyone come across this issue before, any fixes or ideas

I am using Vista Ultimate, X2 4600, 2G Ram
Skystar 2 (tried all different drivers)

is it MPEG-2 HD? (not h264 ?)

Yes, it's called the provider is down. BEV HD is currently down due to ECM. PPV is also down and I am sure it will spread to other channels. Please keep up with current happenings.
