Get an error "Incompatible Codec or renderer combinatio

Hello,
I am new to DVB. I installed the DVB Dream and I have Twinhan 1020A. When i start DD, i get an error that says

"Can not Create Video-renderer Filter"

When i go to Options ---> Video i see bunch of red

Video Codec is red
Audio Codec is red
Video Renderer is red
Audio Renderer is red

I think i have scanned the satallite but can't get any picture due to above error. I have spend quite a lot to figure out what is wrong. I go no answer.
Please help me.

hi mate,

do you have any DVD players on your computer like PowerDVD or Intervideo WinDVD. If you don't have try to install any one of them on your computer then you will see the picture without bunch of red mark

after install this software if you have any problem post your reply here..
