Hanging problem norton VS dvbdream

Hi
I have noticed that when the DD hanging I found this alert massages in Norton alert log

And knowing that I enabled Norton protection for my Symantec product

I think that DD is not added to Trust list any idea to help
And further more sometimes there is no crashes but slowing and hardly responding in the channel list and changing fullscreen

And I had noticed it when I change decoders while building the graph or trying to work in the same overlay rendering
