Finally Elecard works in pip with DXVA

Hi
I liked to share the setting of elecard with you in dvbdream1.4g that makes elecard MPEG-2 video decoder version 3.x in elecard streaming pack version 3 working in pip with dxva enabled (hardware acceleration) with nvidia driver v91

VMR deinterlacing enabled and the output color space is NV12
just merge it into your registry

Please comment about what you got (results)
