It seems that things are going from bad to worse. Previously, the only problem was that the diseqc commands didn't work with the twinhan card. Now the card is showing 0% signal strength.
I confirmed that the LNB is working fine because it works flawlessly when hooked to a STB. Also, it doesn't do any better with Mytheater or the little program that came with the card.
Occasionally, I get signal strength and up pops a video, but as soon as I try to change a channel, I lose it. It has been getting worse over time.
The cables and connections are solid, so that isn;t the problem.
Has anybody ever seen this before? Is it a bad driver or registry entry or is the card simply bad?

Some of Twinhan cards have problems with tuner-head (sometimes after one day of use .... sometime after month ... sometime after years
.
But there is possiblity that its DVBDream Isue.
I have problem with all my Twinhan Devices.
After DVBDream start there is no signal. I have to doubleclick on channellist to get signal.
I tryied to Force Device Flag: NewTune and it helped with nosignal isue... but i`v get another problem : i cant change channel to channel from another transponder.

I think its a twinhan issue.
Today I tried scanning again and this time the signal strength was normal but it was scanning all the verticals and repeating them for horizontals. That is, I got all the verticals twice and none of the horizontals.
Tomorrow it will be something else.
I am using the BDA-ALL driver and it doesn't seem to help much. It does have a log which is nice. It kind of looks like it is sending my custom diseqc strings - but then its sending subsequent strings to change the switch back the way it was.
Since Twinhan isn't supporting their cards, its going to be up to DD engineers to make it work right if its ever going to work at all.
