new twinhan usb?

I just recieved a new twinhan usb star box,I allready have a 102g useing and loveing dvb dream,but was wondering what differences thier are,plan on useing with a sager laptop with 2.8 ghz,8000 front side buss,ati 128mb 9700 vid card and 1 gig ddr400 dual channell memory, will this be enough for high deff?any thing to watch out for?any certain drivers or does it work with dream?thanks also it is model VP-7021
