Scanning & Getting Duplicate Channels

Postby DocPookias » Sat Jan 05, 2008 4:22 pm

I'm currently running DVBDream 1.4h, everytime I rescan my satellites I get duplicate channels. I can manually delete the dupliacate stations but this will take forever. Is there anyway to avoid getting duplicate channels or a better way to delete them.

check the frequencies for the duplicates.
remove one of them from the transponder INI files. (main menu->options->transponders)
also network scan might find the same TPs with different frequencies. so watch it and remove the unnecessarry TPs from the INI file.
DVB Dream - because I have to dream about having time to code it

I checked the ini files and there are no duplicates. Is there a way to delete all the current channels and perform a fresh re-scan with unistalling and installing DD?

CTRL+SHIFT+A on the channel list general tab, and DEL
