not starting with technosatskystar 1

I have technosat quite old card skystar 1 (hardware mode) with driver 2.19 When dvbdream ver.1.1h used on start program say :cannot initialise hardware error code:1 working in offline mode.
version 0.8.7 working but not all the time get corect pid for channels for unknown reason.
ProgDVB and MYtheater working fine. I wish to use dvbdream but not working. What is wrong?
Windows XP corporate up-to-date, AMD, ATI directX 9.0c

Skystar 1 is no longer supported, sorry.

No bug - moved to General.
