DiseqC setting for Hauppauge WinTV NOVA-S-Plus - DVB-S

I just got Hauppauge WinTV NOVA-S-Plus - DVB-S card. This card use a BDA driver, version 2.114 in CD.
This card can works with DVBDream with single LNB. I have two LNBs(91w and 121W) in Deseqc port 2 and 3( 91W in PORT 2 and 121W in PORT 3). DVBDream cannot switch prots of Diseqc between 2 and 3. The switch always stay in PORT 2(91W).
I tried Diseqc setting but doesn't work. Then, based on some suggestion in this forum, I set switch NONE. And set Hex commands in LNB configurations: "E0 10 38 F4" for PORT2 and "E0 10 38 F8" for PORT3. But it cannot drive the switch to change PORT.
Please help me to set up the Diseqc switch.

I have same problem. Mytheater can switch diseqc ports without problem.

No luck with dvbdream and nova-s-plus ... yet ...
