Device support?

Is there a way to get another device supported? I currently use DVBDream and I have to admit, it is the best program out there (IMO) and willing to donate to keep it going but it does not support one of my cards. Would it be possible to add the DVBTech 8PSK adapter? http://www.dvbtech.net/8psk.html
