hd channels not showing up in scan

ok then I am running a twinhan1020a and can receive hd on bev can use tsreader to show hd channels on dn(receives stream and info on 110)
but when i try to scan on dvbdeam it says no channels on the hd transponders..tried 21500 sr with and without turbo v and h 20000 sr 2/3 fec and 5/6 fec nooo luck//anyone else have this problem?
ati hd card with 3.06 dual processors//no lack of power here

You need a card which supports Turbo-Fec.
your Twinhan card does not.
