Twinhan 1027 Diseqc functions

Still no support for the Twinhan 1027 diseqc protocol in DvbDream?
Someones found anything new ?
All the previous forums as not fixed the problems. :(
TWINHAN SAT-PRO 1027 with latest drivers
video card ati all in wonder 256mg
intel p4 3.0 ghz
2 gb of ram
running xp media center
emp centauri 9-8 multi switch
toroidal t-55 dish with 4 reversed lnbs
nimiq 1 91 deg, nimiq2 82 deg , echostar 6 110 deg, echostar 7 119 deg

I can only scan echostar 7 and 8. When i try to scan nimiq 1 or 2 i also receive echostar channels.

i already try many settings in diseq panel but with no luck.

my theater is working find on my pc.

Wondering the same thing myself. A lot of people use the 1027. I have resorted to using an STB to do the diseqc switching.

Hey CausticSoda, How did you get your STB to switch diseqc for you? Did you just connect your diseqc to your STB and connect the Twinhan to the LOOP OUT connection on the STB?

If so, how do you make the STB simply a switching slave? I would think if you have your STB on a specific channel, then the Twinhan would only be able to see stuff on the same transponder until you manually change the channel on your STB then switch back to your Twinhan. It would kinda suck to have to flip back and forth like that for every channel change.

Yes, that is pretty much how I did it. You tune the STB on whatever sat you want and that will be the one that gets passed out the LOOP OUT connector. Since I'm using dishpro, I don't have to worry about polarity.
