DM04+, usb card, -is it possible to convert a .device file?

hey all!
1st i wanna say i love DD. i been using it for many years now. heres my ?
if i have a .device file for a sat card written for progdvb, is there anyway to convert it or make it work at all with DD ? or could you (the programmer, or anyone really) take this device file apart and make one that will work in DD? thanx

anyone??? how can i open or edit a device file? what code is it in? can i decode it? how would i go about making my own? anything? sumthing, i need info!

it currently DOES HAVE A PROGDVB MODULE : LMEDVBS.Device
i cant believe that it would be that hard to convert or make a new dev file that will allow this thing to work in DD.
