IcantRecord, where get a free Mpeg2 video DirectShow codec?

I havent really been able to use the program, because i have tried a lot combination of video codecs and render codecs and i cant get graph create correctly (incompatible codecs selected) , I have downloaded a lot codecs too like h264, divx, xvid, wmv9, mpeg4, directx 9c, net framework 2.0 and i can get the video :'(

Now I am trying with another software but now i cant record, where can i get a free mpeg video directshow codec??? I have installed a lot programs to find an able codec mpeg2 to use, on my computer i have installed pinnacle studio, tmpeg dvd author, cyberlink power producer, xp codec pack, win avi video capture, sonic media home, nero 7 with all his codecs, intervideo dvd creator, stinkys mpeg 2 codecs, now i am downloading canopus pro coder and adobe premier, sony video vegas to try if maybe his mpeg2 video codecs work with twinhan dtv software (to record) or dvbdream software (to create a correct graph)

I have installed too:

mpgdec.ax: Moonlight Elecard MPEG2 Video Decoder.
mlcom.ax: Moonlight Odio Dekoda.
mpeg2dmx.ax: Moonlight-Elecard MPEG2 Demultiplexer.
pva_dmx.ax: Elecard PVA Demultiplexer.
pim2null.ax: Elecard PIM2 Null

Where i get a free mpeg2 directshow codec? Because the originally Elecard codec its expensive
