no channels with Cinergy 1200 DVB-C

hello,
I've read a lot in the forum without success ...
I've a Cinergy 1200 DVB-C and when I scan channels DVBdream find nothing ....

if I use my old ProgDV4 it find the channels on the same frequence ...

for example I know I've some channels on 33000 but it see nothing ...
I've select 5000 DVB-c Europe even if I'm in Switzerland ...
any idea ?
