Diseqc and Mini-Diseqc are different switches.
Don't you see that ProgDvb uses different settings for Diseqc and Mini-Diseqc ?

they use different command format.
Sure, diseqc commands would not work for your switch.

Now you should know well, that you have to ask your question correctly if you want to get working answer

select Mini-diseqc from the drop down menu.

BDA driver standard does NOT include specifications for diseqc control.
Thus, Diseqc calls have to be done some special way (if you use BDA driver).
And this special way is different from vendor to vendor (cause there is no standard for that).

Looks like your card is not in the list of cards with known-way-how-to-call-diseqc-function:

combination of diseqc and RAW diseqc commands in your last picture does not make sense.
cause you are sending contradicting commands.

better read more about "E0 10 38 Fx"
