I am getting my twinhan 1027; some questions on using remote

Can we use DVD Dream for everything after installing twinhan drivers? I have NVidia codecs installed already that came with Blue ray drive.

Can i use remote for most of the operations. I hate to go and look for mouse and keyboard. Thanks,
