Problems Using NVIDIA PureVideo With Skywalker-1

I install v4.02.223. I choose video and when I restart DVBDream, it crashes. All the time. Any suggestions? And what is considered the best codecs and such for DN SD and HD?

Windows Vista Ultimate x86
E6750 C2D OC'd to 3.20GHz
4GB DDR2 RAM
Watch: 119,110, & 61.5
Using 2 Dish 500s
