No video

I'm pulling what little hair I have left out! I had this twinhan card in another XP machine, I upgraded to a 64 bit amd platform. Transferred all settings from the old to the new. I can hear sound but there is no video, no matter which codec I choose, it will not get along with any of the renderers. The renderer field is red on any choice. I've tried ALL combinations possible. All hardware is basically identical to a previously functional configuration except the motherboard and os.
This is an AMD 64 /3200 with 1 gb ram, running win XP64. I have the following video codecs; Nvidia pure video 4.0, Intervideo 5.2, Cyberlink 6.0, Nero8 5.3, Elecard 2.0, Cyberlink 5.0, GPL 0.1, FFD show 1.0 and the following renderers; video mixing renderer, video mixing renderer9, generic, and overlay.

What am I missing?
