No Signal on 8psk transponder

Hello,
I'm trying to tune on 11996 hotbird 13° transponder, but I see no signal on this transponder (and on all trasnponder with 8psk modulation)
With other dvbsoftwrae (as progdvb or dvbviewer) I can tune these channel with no problem. My card is in signature...
