Problams with what not sure (tbs 8920, win7 not sure)

i am use in Win 7 Rc build 7100 with a Tbs 8920 card but i can not get it to work i can get singl but no quilty and i know i am for sure pointed at 119 i use recever to make sure i am just hoping maybe some one can help
