TT-budget C-1501 does not work

Did anyone get TT C1501 to work with DD?

I am already using it with mediaportal and works perfectly. I decided to try DD and after install I created a 5000.ini file with my local frequencies and SR.

After that I tried to scan channels but every time I get 0 found channels. I know that the frequencies are right because I use it within Mediaportal.

I already installed the latest BDA interface and I can see that DD finds my TT cards.

At scan dialog the signal and quality are zero, but the strange thing is if I start MediaPortal TV server the signal and quality goes to 100% and DD tell me that it finds Empty channels after scan.

What should I do to get TT 1501 cards working with DD?
