problem with scanning 0282, must be LOF problem, how to fix?

Hi All,

I'm having a problem which I can't solve on my own.
I think it's a LOF problem, but I don't know the solution.

The situation:
My AD-SP400 connected to a SG2100 to LNB.
It is alligned well and I have stored the following satellites into the motor memory: 0048, 0130, 0192, 0235 and 0282
For all the satellites I have the same LOF1, LOF2 and LOF-SW values:
LOF-1:9750000 LOF-2:10600000 en LOF-SW:11700000.

Now, when I scan the first 4 satellites (all except Astra2) I will get the results as in the channels on transponders corresponding to websites as lynsat and kingofsat.

But, when I scan the 0282 position, only 11719.50 H (and above) is scanned according to the tables on lyngsat and kingofsat... Everything below 11719,50 H (~11700) has an 'offset' in frequency, like this:

When I scan 0282 10788 V QPSK I get channels like: Flava, Bliss, Scuzz, DanceNationTV. When I do a lookup for these channels on kingofsat, I discover that these channels belong to: 0285 11642 V QPSK

I tried setting the lof-sw to 0 but that didn't help.
(do you have to restart DD if you change the LOF settings in order to be used by DD???)

I have also changed the LOF1 and LOF2 to:
LOF-1:9750000 LOF-2:9750000
and
LOF-1:10600000 LOF-2:10600000

but as you might see? I don't have the slightest clue what I'm doing with this?

I would like to watch the BBC HD channel on 0282 but cannot find it as it is on 10847 (which is below 11700).

Now I've searched the board and found some similar problems, but with the information in those posts I wasn't able to fix my problem.

The strangest thing I think is that it works for other satellites (scanning below 11700) but not on this one 0282.

Does anyone have a clue, hint, direction where to look for?

Thanks

Hi,

and now, all of a sudden, it works..

I deleted all the channels previously scanned on 0282, after that I deleted the sat 0282. Restarted the program, added the satellite with default lof values on Universal LNB, let it search on 0282 and now everything is fine! I can easily scan every transponder with frequency smaller than 11700.

The strange thing is, I've tried this method a 'gazilion' times.
Now it works!.

I quickly scanned all tranponders on 0282/5 and stored them.

After restart of the program DD is still able to tune to tranponders with frequency smaller than 11700.

Finally BBC HD on 10847

/me happy
