I wish someone might have mentioned that Plus LNB's were not going to work but what's done is done.
it's a common knowledge that:
1) any DPP device has internal committed diseqc switch.
2) you can not cascade committed switches.
I wish you read more before ordering anything.

22kHz switch (tone-switch) instead of diseqc switch may work for you.
But you need the one which passes tone signal to both inputs (Chieta switches would work).
Also, DPP Twins need more current then average LNBs. And if you feed all this current (for both DPP Twins) via tone-switch, you will most probably fry your switch.
You may need to put power inserters (between tone switch and each DPP LNB).

Correction:

I think, there is a way for you to cascade these diseqc switches.
But you have to use raw diseqc commands instead of standard commands.
It also means, DVB Dream is the only program which would support your configuration.

lets assume you have first output of first DPP Twin (119 + 110) connected to diseqc input #1, and first output from second DPP Twin (92 + 81) to diseqc input #2. You don't need other cables between switches (but you have to close other connector with caps - to water seal them; do NOT use terminators with 75 ohm resistors).

1) select none as a diseqc switch, connect all sats (110, 119, 81, 92) to the same input
2) describe LNBs as bandstacked Hi (with lofs 11250 and 14350)
3) for every sat use a long raw diseqc command (see below)
4) 22kHz = off
5) uncommitted = off
6) make sure, 18V is selected for bandstacked LNB (in preferences)

raw diseqc commands
119 - E0 10 38 F2 E0 11 38 F2 E0 10 38 F2 E0 11 38 F2
110 - E0 10 38 F2 E0 11 38 F6 E0 10 38 F2 E0 11 38 F6
91 - E0 10 38 F6 E0 11 38 F2 E0 10 38 F6 E0 11 38 F2
82 - E0 10 38 F6 E0 11 38 F6 E0 10 38 F6 E0 11 38 F6

This may, or may not work (depends on how fast DPP Twin starts up).
The problem with plain diseqc switches: generally, they pass DC voltage to one output only.
Which means: when you select another input, DPP Twin on that input will go through cold start (and I don't know how long it take for it to wake up and start to listen to diseqc command).

PS: each raw command has two repeats of "E0 10 38 Fx E0 11 38 Fy"
first four bytes are for external diseqc switch, last four bytes are for internal diseqc switch.
You may need to send 3 repeats (instead of 2, as I showed), to allow for slow start-up of DPP Twin.
