dvbdream startup error

dvbdream startup error

while dvbdream is starting it gives error Missing file. "DD can not find "des.dll". You might need to reinstall DD" or what causes this anybody know?
skystar2 PCI. intel core 2 duo...gigabyte ds4 mainboard...2 gb ram. Ati Radeon x800xt...windows xp pro

Try to restart computer or/and reinstall DVB Dream.

I've never heard anything before about that DLL ?!?

des.dll is component of dvbdream after installation you can see in the folder.
