TwinHan VisionPlus Starbox and DVBdream compatiblity

First, I'd like to say, Hello.
After I Installed DVBD I noticed that there is some compatibility for some twinhan cards, but not my starbox. Neither of the twinhan driver options within DVBD allow the application to initialize my card. Is there anything I can do?

Not only the driver of the StarBox is enough to run it.
It is neccessary to register the file thsource.ax which is normally done by a full installtion of TwinHans Soft-Pack.
It should work with Device TwinHan-SDK.

Well I've run a full install from the installation cd, but dvbd still doesn't recognize my card. I see the "thesource.ax" file in the twinhan folder so there has to be another reason.

I am also having trouble getting DVBDream to recognize my Twinhan Starbox USB, it is currently running OK with MyTheatre. Can someone tell me if the Starbox can work with DVBDream? If so, what options do I select to get it to recognize the Starbox. Hope someone can help.

I've downloaded the BDA_ALL_104 driver and tried putting into the dvbdream/devices directory, and tried to find it under the "options" & "devices" directory when running the program and this driver does not show up. Am I using the correct driver and am I putting it in the right place?

When you've downloaded the file 'BDA_ALL_104.RAR', you have to unpack it.
You will get 2 Files: BDA_ALL.DEV and BDA_ALL.INI
These both files have to placed in the DIR \DEVICES.
It is neccessary to restart DD after copying !
Under Option - Devices then you will find a new Device-Driver named 'BDA-S/-C/-T'.
Select this Device-Driver, press START and wait a while. When you get NO error message, DD will start to play Pic and Sound with your active BDA-Device.
Otherwise - if an error occurs - take a look at the LOG and post it here.
Please read the note in BDA_ALL.INI for enabling or disabling the LOG-File.

If you've extracted BDA_ALL.dev and BDA_ALL.ini at the root of DD's Devices repertory (Default : C:\DVB Dream\Devices) a device called BDA-S/-C/-T (author = ScanMan) should appear in the devices list (Options - Devices).

Has anyone had a chance to review the error message I posted? Let me know if additional information is required?

Can you attach the file BDA_ALL.log (located in Devices Repertory of DD) to your next message, it should be useful.

You were right

Your Starbox is not recognized !!!
What kind of drivers do you use ? WDM or BDA drivers ?
To run DD with BDA_ALL or native BDA device file you have to install BDA drivers.... if available

I'm pretty sure I'm using the WDM drivers, I checked the package my Starbox came in and the model I have is a 7021. I went to the Twinhan website & checked out their driver download page. The closest driver I found was the 7021A drivers and downloaded them. I noticed the file had 2 versions of drivers for WinXP, a file called "UDST7020Bda" for DVB-S and a file called "UDST7021HID" for DVB-T.
The was no BDA driver for the 7021. Then I continued reading their website and found the following info stated - "Model: 7041/7042/7021 does not support BDA driver". My Twinhan Starbox USB may not support BDA drivers, now what do I do??? Can you provide a WDM driver for DD and my Starbox?
