SS2 on Vista Ultimate x64?

I have 4GB of RAM and Vista 32-bit only sees 3GB. My card is the Skystar2.
I was thinking about upgrading to x64, but there's no point if my hardware won't work.
I know there are x64 drivers for the SS2. Is DVBDream compatible with it? Anyone have personal experience with Vista Ultimate x64+DVBDream+SS2?
Right now it works fine in 32-bits, but it would be nice to upgrade and have my full 4GB available (I also run VMware and it uses lots of RAM at times).
