KNC1 TV-Station DVB-C: No Channels found

DVBDream has got some Problems with the newer revision of KNC1 TV-Station DVB-C. I have the newest BDA-Drivers installed, which work well with ProgDVB and AltDVB.
I've created two transponder lists and switched one of it to QAM-256 and the other one to QAM-64. The Transponder lists are correct, I am sure.
The device is started and the title of DVBDream shows me my DVB-Card.
Every time I scan: no channels found.
There has to be something incompatible with the newer revision of this card, because the older revision worked, as I've seen in the german support forum. I am not the only one with this problem (also seen in the german support forum), so it's not my fault.
Furthermore DVBDream shows up an error message on startup because it can't start the device. In the device list I can start it manually.
Please fix the incompatible issue. I can provide further information/data if needed.
Regards, Thorsten

Still you don't read the
forum rules
- If you dont have anything new to add, do not posts under the same bug threads again and again! (i.e. messages like "bug is still not fixed" arent allowed! unless it is said the bug is fixed!) One exception to this rule, if bug has been reported by someone else , you can confirm it.

It IS something new because there is a new version and the problem occurs with the new version.

I will explain the rule in another way:
Do not post under your own forum thread, saying "still the same problem in new version XXXX".
It is not helpful for the problem, you are just filling the forum with garbage/ unnecessary posts.

That's your interpretation of the rule but the rule doesn't define that "still" means "with a new version". In general "still" is only a temporal expression.
Anyways.
The problem is that nobody cares about this bug. But why? There are some more users despite me who have this problem. There is no reply at all.
Does it means: "We don't care about some users, they should use another software"?

But why?
people or developers might not have
time or
an answer at the moment.
This means you must stop trying to take attention by posting again and again to the whatever problem it is. (It won't be helpful unfortunately)
Moreover, new versions don't guarantee to fix all the bugs. This is a freeware. You are free to go use any software which works better for you and it is recommended to do so.

Sure they have no time. But this bug is an important bug and I would bet it would not take much time to fix it because the older revision of the card worked well with DVBDream. Moreover this little fix could support one more card which is great in my opinion and could bring many more users to DVBDream.

Nearly any other software works better for me because DVBDream doesn't work at all. I have no other choice than using another app. It's a pitty.
So if the developers don't care about this bug or some more detailed information I will have to leave DVBDream.
