No Video over DVI output

I have a 8500GT 512mb and Windows Vista.
I got DVBDream to show video over my primary screen which is connected via VGA but as soon as I send the video to my second screen (720p HDTV) which connected via DVI, I get no video (but I see the DVBDream program but instead of the video feed it shows a black screen).
Anyone knows how to fix this?

I'm using DD on my second monitor here (8600 GT, through DVI output)
I think you should search the answer at codec/renderer/graphic card driver configuration side.

Where is that thread? I am using Nvidia PureVideo video and Intervideo for audio, CoreAVC for H264

Rel means you should try to change the codec, renderer, update your graphic card driver, or/and change the video settings...

Did you ever solve this problem? I have the same problem. Worked fine for several years until 2-3 weeks ago. Now, only the frame on the 2nd monitor. Same thing with DVD players. Tried many things. Posted my problem on other forums. Got some good suggestions but still no joy.
