No audio on HD channels

I'm currently using the Nvidia pure video codec for video and the intervideo for audio with em**ation 3.0.08. All the sd channels are working flawlessly and the hd channles video is coming through just fine. The cpu usage is only at 16% on the hd channels but I get no audio at all! Any help would be greatly appreciated!
