Sky Star2 channel scanning problem

Equipment: Sky Star 2 w/the latest driver, Dish 500 w/ DP lnb, DP34, running DVBdream v1.4h and the latest em**ation. (Also running a Coolsat 6000)
Problem: I am unable to scan in all channels on 110 and 119 on Sky Star 2 dvb card. I think this is a diseqc problem, but I have tried every setting combination I can think of, and still nothing. Here are my Diseqc settings:
Diseqc v1.0 or 2.0
Lnb type is set to KuLinear(universal)
Port 1 = 119
Lof1=11250000 lofsw=11700000 lof2=14350000
Raw diseqc is left blank
Uncommitted switch port is disabled
Port 2 = 110
Lof1=11250000 lofsw=11700000 lof2=14350000
Raw diseqc is left blank
Uncommitted switch port is disabled
If i use any other settings in the diseqc setup i receive absoutely no signal at all. Level and quality both drop to 0%.
Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
