help me please Pinnacle PCTV 400i

hi i am a new member here, i am using pinnacle pctv 400i, my problem is i am not able to receive signals from my LNB. my connection is like this...
pctv400i > LNB.
I wish to know any extra device need for receive signals. And my Dish and other divices tested and its ok.. please help me

driver updated, but still i am not able to get the signals, can u please provide connection details/ diagram.. thanks

my is furst pinnacle pctv sat (from picture)
ID of device 109E-036E
sub system id 11BD-001C
there are 3 devices by pinnacle with can be detectet as same one
some of them haven't S-Video and Chinch video-in ports
