Channel list problem

the problem is that i can't add channels.
when i tried to scan the network for channels,I found the channels and so i pressed ok to add them to my channel list but after that i return to the channel list and found no channels added
Can any one help me please.

Try to change the filter / sorting options, change the satellite tab...
