Error message with Twinhan 1020a

I have the Twinhan card working fine with the software that came with it. When I open your program I get this error: Direct Show Error: can not create source filter. You must run "ddreg.bat"to register DDAV source filter. What does this mean TIA, Mike

open dir. were is a DD instaled find
ddreg.bat (MS-DOS Bath File) click twice and try again to run DD
are u realy use win98
beter use win2000pro 1000000 times beter

I went to DD Dir and double clicked on the file. This opened a dos window that said that this was a bad command or file name. I deleted all DD files from my computer. Did another download from your home page, reinstalled the progran and it did the same thing, Mike
This is what is in this file: rem regsvr32 /u ddsource.ax
regsvr32 ddsource.ax /s
Win 98 SE works perfectly with the Twinhan softwqare.But Its amazing this video card works,

This is what I did removed program and reinstalled. Ignored pop up windows. Chose a satellite and scaned it Found about 10 channels. I get good signal and quality readings. It is locked. But I don't get any audio or video. I do get stream analysis and PID info. You have any ideas? Mike

9x isn't so "multimedia platform"
software with come with card will work
but Requirements are
· Windows XP or 2000
· DirectX 9
· Latest drivers of your DVB device !
· MPEG2 Codecs
· A computer that is running at least 800 MHz and 256 mb memory (1.5 GHz would be recommended)
Optionals
· WinLIRC for LIRC remote-controls
