Tearing via dd 1.4h

I've been having troubles with tearing when watching channels. The tear is always dead center. I've tried changing the codec (4 different ones), tried changing the rendering method, but always the tear is there. It doesn't matter if the image is HD or SD.

Is there any way to eliminate this?

This seems to be an issue with Video Mixer Render 9
Starbox 7021, XP, 4x4 Diseqc
